SmartnCV is currently free to use. No payment, subscription or purchase is required to use the guest checker or CV builder.
Guidance, not a hiring decision
SmartnCV provides estimates based on the documents you supply. It does not reproduce an employer's private applicant-tracking system, make a recruitment decision, guarantee an interview or guarantee employment.
Your responsibility
You must review every result and decide whether it is relevant and accurate. Do not add skills, qualifications, employers, experience, achievements or numbers that are not true. You are responsible for the CV and application you ultimately submit.
Documents you upload
Only upload documents you own or are authorised to use. Do not upload another person's CV without permission, unlawful content, malware, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, automate excessive requests, scrape the website, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use SmartnCV to deceive employers or applicants.
SmartnCV content
The SmartnCV name, branding, interface, scoring explanations and original website content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You retain rights in the information you submit.
Availability and changes
This is an evolving service. Features may change, pause or be withdrawn, and results may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. SmartnCV will take reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted availability.
Liability
SmartnCV is provided as a free support tool. To the extent permitted by law, SmartnCV is not responsible for recruitment outcomes, decisions made using a score, or loss caused by relying on an unreviewed result. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
