Uncertainty
When evidence is limited, the report labels it weak, unclear or not demonstrated instead of presenting an assumption as fact.
Transparency
The report connects identified requirements to relevant excerpts and explains the main score components. Read the separate AI score disclaimer for detailed limitations.
Human control
You decide whether a recommendation is accurate and whether to use it. All output should be reviewed before an application is submitted.
No automated hiring decision
SmartnCV supports jobseekers; it does not rank applicants for an employer, reject applications or make a decision with a legal or similarly significant effect.
